Description:

Construction of a new Primary and Community Centre on the site of the existing Danderhall Primary School. The 2 storey school houses 22 classrooms and 3 nursery areas. The community area is also 2 storey and houses a library, small gym and a cafe.

Supply and installation of full plumbing and mechanical installation to the newbuild Danderhall Primary School and community facilities in association with Heron Bros for Midlothian Council.

Works include the installation of a bespoke plant room, ventilation, mechanical heating and sprinkler systems.
